Gondella Contest Salon Carrefour

Eligibility
This contest is organized by Gondella nv, Oude Eedstraat 3A, 9810 Nazareth, Belgium (Company nr: BE0400033047).
This contest is open exclusively to attendees of the Salon Carrefour fair (Brussels Expo – Palace 11 – Brussels – Belgium) on 11 and 12 September 2024.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and must represent, be an employee, or own a Carrefour retail store in Belgium. Only retail businesses operating Carrefour stores in Belgium are eligible to participate.
Employees of Gondella and their immediate family members, as well as individuals involved in the organisation of the contest, are not eligible to participate.
How to enter
To enter the contest, participants must visit the Gondella stand A182 at the Salon Carrefour during the opening times and scan the QR code provided to submit their contact details via the digital entry form.
Participants must also answer a tie-breaker question on the entry form. The winner will be the person who provides the closest or correct answer to this question. In the event of a tie (i.e., ex aequo), the prize will be awarded to the participant who submitted their entry first.
By submitting their contact details, participants consent to being added to Gondella’s mailing list and agree to receive marketing communications from Gondella. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. However, multiple entries from the same business are allowed, provided they are submitted by different individuals.
By entering this competition, the participant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Prize
The prize consists of a budget of €3,000 (ex. VAT) towards a Gondella retail furniture solution.
The prize must be redeemed for Gondella products or services within 6 months from the date the prize is awarded. After this period, the prize will expire, and no further claims will be accepted.
The 3000 euro ex. VAT must be redeemed all at once.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No alternative prize or compensation will be provided.
The prize cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or negotiated deals that the winner may have already obtained or may obtain in the future with Gondella, except for any standard discounts applicable to all Carrefour stores.
Winner selection
The winner will be the participant who provides the closest or correct answer to the tie-breaker question. If there is a tie, the winner will be the participant who submitted their entry first.
The winner will be notified by Gondella via email or phone by the end of September 2024.
The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, Gondella reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. In this case, the original winner forfeits any rights to the prize.
Gondella is not responsible for any delay or failure in the winner's receipt of the prize due to incorrect contact details provided by the participant.
Publicity
By entering the contest, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the contest, including having their name, image, and business featured in Gondella’s marketing materials, such as but not limited to their website, mailing campaigns, and social media platforms.
The winner agrees that photos, videos, and other media may be taken of the prize results and of the winners themselves, and these may be used for promotional purposes by Gondella without further consent or compensation.
General conditions & data protection
Personal data provided during the entry process will be used for the purposes of administering the contest and will be processed in accordance with Gondella’s privacy policy, which is available on their website.
Gondella reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or external disruptions.
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification.
The decision of Gondella regarding any aspect of the contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes arising in connection with the contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
