Gondella Jobs Responsible for Service & Installation Planning
Gondella is an international family business. Our innovative checkout counters en selfscan solutions can be found at well-known retailers such as Delhaize, Carrefour, Spar, Alvo and Aveve.
In this role, you will not only be responsible for installations and interventions at customer sites, but also for planning and follow-up. This will allow you to gradually build up the experience you need to grow into the role of head of our service department.
What are you going to do?
A typical day for us is anything but ordinary, but it might include the following:
- Installing and commissioning checkout counters and customer guidance systems
- Troubleshooting malfunctions and problems with cash registers or self-scan systems
- You are the first point of contact for technical malfunctions or customer questions
- Drawing up work schedules and planning interventions
- Managing stock in our warehouses and placing stock orders for service parts and consumables
- Administration: creating service orders, processing purchase orders received in the ERP-system, booking and sending purchase and sales orders, creating and maintaining as-build files
- You will work closely with our current Service and Insallation Manager to ensure a smooth handover
