Gondella Jobs Category Developer
In this role, you will be responsible for building in-depth product knowledge and expanding our offering in the front-end area, including checkout furniture, self-checkout systems, customer guidance systems, gates and counters. You will strive to provide cost-efficient, quality solutions that perfectly match our customers' needs. In doing so, you closely follow developments in the retail sector.
As a specialist in front-end solutions, you work closely together with internal teams and our strategic partner. Together, you develop innovative concepts and support customers in realising their ideal shopping environment.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
- You have at least 10 years' experience in product and/or category management in a B2B context.
- You have proven experience in creating a product offering and pricing.
- You have proven experience in sourcing products and partners and performing market analysis on an international level.
- You have experience with / a strong affinity for hardware and software.
- You have proven experience in negotiating contracts.
- You excel in stakeholder management, both at internal and external level.
- Experience in the project business is a strong plus.
- Experience with Autocad is a strong plus.
- Mentality is decisive: you are hands-on and possess high independence, with a proactive and pragmatic attitude and keen commercial insight.
